We're Hiring: In-House Marketing & Sales Manager – Night Shift (Davao City)

We are a growing international company seeking a high-performing Marketing & Sales Manager to join our Davao City office. This is an exciting in-house opportunity to build and lead a sales & marketing team, develop U.S.-focused campaigns, and secure B2B clients, especially in the BPO sector.

• What You’ll Do
• Work night shift in our Davao office to align with U.S. business hours
• Build, train, and manage a marketing & sales team
• Create and launch marketing campaigns tailored to U.S. clients
• Develop strategies to acquire and grow BPO customers
• Handle client communications, lead generation, pitching, and closing
• Monitor KPIs, lead funnels, and ensure consistent growth
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention

• At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience (preferably with U.S. clients)
• Strong knowledge of BPO or outsourcing industry
• Leadership skills — experience managing a team is a plus
• Excellent written & verbal English communication
• Willing to work full-time night shift onsite in Davao City
