This Position reports to: Local Mktg & Sales Mgr
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to designing promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy. Each day, you will ensure the planning and timely execution of promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the assigned target audience.You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Technical Design and Promotions team proactively and ensuring a high level of technical knowledge.
Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid- Aligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities plan.
- Ensuring that the Promotions team supports the Sales organization by providing on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfaction.
- Creating business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segments.
- Providing support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem- solving.
Qualifications for the role:
- You have knowledge and network with the Electrification market in the Philippines
- Have established 3-5 years of experience in Technical Promotion and Design/ Technical Sales.
- People Management experience is mandatory.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge in interpreting Single Line Diagram to BOM , and ability to do Electrical Design for buildings.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Professional Electrical Engineering is a plus.
