About the role

You will be a key point of contact, ensuring customers receive the assistance they need in a timely and professional manner.

1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
2. Execution of contracts by monitoring and coordinating schedules, work orders and concerns.
3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on unresolved issues.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

1. Mus be a graduate of any four (4) year course.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs.
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex customer inquiries.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
