About the role

As a full-time Company Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, providing essential medical care and support to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
What you'll be doing- Providing first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees as needed
- Administering medications, treatments, and conducting routine health check-ups
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Coordinating with external healthcare providers and facilities for more advanced medical needs
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety policies
- Promoting health and wellness initiatives to educate and support employees
- Collaborating with management to identify and address health-related concerns
- A registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a company nurse or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees
- Proficient in maintaining detailed medical records and documentation
- Ability to remain calm and provide efficient care in emergency situations
- A genuine passion for promoting employee health and well-being
