Paraplanner - Financial Planning Assistant (AdviserLogic Experience Required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Paraplanner or Financial Planning Assistant to support our financial advisers in delivering high-quality advice and service to clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using AdviserLogic, with a strong understanding of financial planning processes, Statement of Advice (SOA) generation, and client data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AdviserLogic to manage client records, financial strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and generate Statements of Advice (SOAs) and supporting documentation in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Input, maintain, and update accurate client data within the AdviserLogic CRM.
• Assist financial advisers with research, modelling, and strategy building using AdviserLogic tools.
• Conduct product comparisons, needs analysis, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure all documentation and processes meet compliance and audit standards.
• Coordinate with clients to gather required documents and information as needed.
• Support other admin or paraplanning duties as required by the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a financial planning or paraplanning role, ideally within Australia.
• Strong working knowledge of AdviserLogic (required).
• Ability to prepare SOAs using AdviserLogic templates and workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment platforms, superannuation, and insurance.
• Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
