Job Description

  1. Ensures accurate checking of inventory.
  2. Investigates all non-conforming deliveries.
  3. Investigates all non-conformity in pull-outs.
  4. Checks all canceled items in DR.
  5. Checks if the description of items and their quantity are correct compared to the shipment’s Receiving Report.
  6. Assists the preparation team in preparing provincial shipments.
  7. Helps in scanning the serial
number of Logitech and Steel Series.
  1. Files and sorts. Pull out Receipts, Delivery Tabulation, and Receiving Report.
  2. Receives, prepares, and conducts an inventory of Steam Wallet.
  3. Answers emails and phone calls from branches with regard to
delivery and pull-out issues.
  1. Assists delivery team in receiving DR from other departments and checking items for delivery.
  2. Acts as a reliever for the Warehouse Staff (Documentation) during his absence.
  3. Makes recommendations to improve the inventory.
  4. Requests inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Graduate of BSc/BA in Accounting or a relevant field is preferred
  2. Preferably between 20 to 35 years old
  3. Good understanding of data analysis and forecasting
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word) and inventory software (e.g. SAP)
  5. Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
  6. Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  8. Must be smart, friendly, can work with a team, and self-disciplined
  9. Good organizational and time management skills
  10. Ability to work long hours when needed
  11. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
