Overall Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate all phases from design and procurement to construction and grid connection.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing communication and expectations between the client, contractors, utilities, authorities, and the project team.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks (logistical, technical, financial) and implement strategies to mitigate them. Resolve issues that arise during execution.
Quality, Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all work meets required quality standards, adheres to strict safety protocols, and complies with all local regulations and permitting conditions.

Qualifications/Requirements

-Solar Project Experience: Hands-on experience managing solar projects from start to finish.

Technical PV Knowledge: Understanding of solar technology, equipment, and construction.
Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing client, contractor, and utility relationships.

-Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve issues and keep the project on track.

5+ years of solar project experience managing full project lifecycles.
