Job Summary
The Store Personnel is responsible for assisting in daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked. This role supports sales activities and helps maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items
- Operate POS system and handle cash or card transactions (if assigned)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
- Support inventory counts and stock audits
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and customer service procedures
- Assist with opening and closing store operations
