Job Title: Technical Support
Work Address: Quiapo, Manila
Work Set-up: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Technical Support Specialist provides expert-level assistance, troubleshooting, and system integration for a diverse range of IT products, • Technical Troubleshooting & Support
  1. Incident Management: Resolve complex technical issues related to Ruijie switches, access points, and routers via remote support or onsite visits.
  2. CCTV & Security: Configure and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV systems, including NVR/DVR setup, camera calibration, and remote viewing integration.
  3. Hardware Diagnostics: Conduct repairs, firmware updates, and hardware testing for IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, system integration, or network administration.
  • Proven experience working within a B2B distribution environment
  • Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience configuring and managing Ruijie (or similar brands like Cisco/Aruba), professional CCTV systems (Hikvision/Dahua), and enterprise-grade IT hardware
