Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational dialysis service provider. Our client is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and monitor cross-functional projects across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, accountability among stakeholders, and timely execution of key initiatives.
The role requires close collaboration with department heads to track progress, manage dependencies, and drive successful project delivery. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Makati City.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring all departmental projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring project timelines and milestones are achieved.
- Following up with department heads regarding project progress.
- Identifying risks, delays, and operational issues.
- Escalating concerns when necessary.
- Driving accountability across departments.
- Supporting continuous operational improvements.
- Providing regular project updates and management reports to leadership.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Program Management or Operations Management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and organizational processes.
