About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Creative Infosolutions, Inc.'. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our internal IT infrastructure and systems.This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and offers opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT services
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, helping them to effectively utilise our IT systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related business needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT strategies
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with requirements
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and data
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and IT infrastructure maintenance
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting various IT systems and technologies, such as LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-based services
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and the ability to implement robust security measures
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
