About the role
We are seeking an experienced AMS Admin Support to join our dynamic team at BRINK'S PHILIPPINES, INC.'. As an AMS Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Automated Teller Machine (AMS) operations of our organisation, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.This is a full-time position based in Novaliches Quezon City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the AMS team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of AMS maintenance and service activities
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address AMS-related inquiries and issues
- Monitoring and reporting on AMS performance metrics and key indicators
- Collaborating with the IT and operations teams to implement process improvements and optimise AMS efficiency
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting
- Familiarity with AMS operations and banking processes is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
