Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Supervise and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve project goals.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with safety standards.
• Mitigate potential risks and hazards to create a safe working environment for all personnel.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts to track project financial performance.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PIC or similar role in the construction industry.
• Experienced in Fit-out construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) may be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily takes place on construction sites, requiring outdoor work and exposure to various weather conditions.
• May involve irregular hours and weekend work to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
