Part-Time Complaints Handler – 100% Calls, Emails & Live Chats (UK Customer/Client Experience Required)

Funbikes, a market-leading retailer of outdoor vehicles and toys for adults and children in the UK, is looking for a Part-Time Complaints Handler with UK-based customer complaints experience (100% calls, emails & live chats) to join our remote customer support team.

• Handle customer complaints via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and courteously, even in challenging situations.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on escalated complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and manage admin tasks related to complaints.
• Think critically and adapt to different customer needs.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience handling UK-based customer complaints (essential – do not apply without this).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle phone, email, and live chat efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with customer service tools/software.
• Enthusiasm for our products (electric bikes, quad bikes, dirt bikes, and more).
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
