We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Check, raise, and reconcile invoices
- Audit invoices for accuracy
- Follow up on unpaid invoices via email and phone calls
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Organized and able to manage tasks independently
- Previous admin or invoicing experience is an advantage
Technical Requirements:
- Must have your own device, Windows 11 with antivirus software
- Must have a professional noise-cancellation headset.
- Internet: Stable and wired connection (minimum 20 MBPS download/upload) with backup internet connection.
- Security: Installed and updated antivirus software.
