- Estimation & Costing:
Gather, review, and analyze tender package data for plumbing and roofing projects
Prepare accurate estimates of materials, labor, and quantities based on drawings & specifications
Ensure project profitability by applying correct pricing structures- Project Take-Off:
Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project requirements
Liaise with clients to clarify project details and ensure all requirements are met- Communication & Coordination:
Source pricing from suppliers (supplier list provided)
Coordinate with internal project managers to address potential project issues
Keep clear, prompt, and professional communication with clients and stakeholders- Technical Drawings & Plans:
Prepare as-built plans, drawings, and designs based on client specifications
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Engineer
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and take-off software (e.g., Planswift)
- Solid understanding of plumbing/hydraulic installations in commercial & residential projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Registered Master Plumber (advantage)
- Experience in plumbing and roofing estimates
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and MS Office
- Strong mathematical skills & keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and work ethics
Technical Requirements:
- Own & backup laptop/desktop (i5 processor or higher) with a dual monitor setup
- Stable internet connection (at least 50MBPS)
- Noise-canceling headset for clear communication
