About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' Cagayan de Oro site, you will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality customer service support. This is a full-time position located in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various non-voice channels (email, chat, social media, etc.)
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers to address their needs
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on products, services and company policies
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes and procedures
