KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Conduct research on laws, regulations, jurisprudence, and legal articles✅Summarize findings and make research briefs for lawyers
✅Schedule and assist lawyers in hearings, trials and meetings
✅Support in client interviews and intake procedures
✅Maintain legal calendars and reminders to track deadlines and updates on legal matters
✅Prepare draft, review, and organize legal documents with courts, gov't agencies and other institutions such as contracts, affidavits, pleadings, demand letters, memoranda and correspondence
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅28-35 years old✅Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅Able to work independently and meet deadlines
✅Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
✅Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal Studies or any related course
✅With 2-3 years extensive experience in Law Firm or Corporate Legal Department in Financing Company
✅Appeared in court hearings particularly for BP22 and Small Claims Cases and knowledgeable in court procedures (coordinating with court personnel)
