About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Staff to join our team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative and clerical support to the office, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organising meetings
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining and organising office files, records, and databases
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinating the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Providing support for special projects and events as needed
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- A team player who is willing to lend a hand wherever needed
