Engineering Managing Head ( For Pooling ) - Manila

About the role

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the engineering and technical aspects of the company's building facilities maintenance.

• Manage and direct the engineering team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise pooling processes
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure
• Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement in pooling operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address engineering-related challenges and drive innovation
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the broader organisation
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer.
• With at least 5 years of experience in the field of building facilities maintenance
• Proven track record of leading and motivating engineering teams to achieve operational excellence
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in equipment maintenance, quantity surveying and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management and budgeting skills
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
