Position: Secured Collections Operations Head
Job Summary:
The jobholder is responsible in ensuring that strategies and collection activities for home and auto loans are conducted in accordance with performance and productivity standards and are within guidelines.
He/She provides appropriate strategies to drive and sustain improvement and to achieve collection goals and is responsible for monitoring its effectiveness. Ensures adherence to the existing Collection policies and procedures as well as provisions promulgated by other regulatory bodies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Secured (Home or Auto) Collections
- Relevant experience in Credit/Risk Management is preferable.
- Knowledge in bank and secured/consumer loans processes and systems are preferable.
- Knowledge in collections system and vendor management is highly advantageous.
