PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and technically competent Project/Production Coordinator to support shipyard operations. The role is responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring timelines are met, and aligning engineering, procurement, and operations to maintain efficient workflow within the shipyard.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities in the shipyard
• Ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
• Track progress of shipbuilding, repair, or maintenance projects
• Prepare production reports, schedules, and status updates
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Assist in resource planning (materials, manpower, and equipment)
• Maintain proper documentation of production activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Industrial, or related field)
• Proven experience in production, shipyard, or heavy industry is an advantage
• Strong understanding of production processes and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety standards in industrial or shipyard environments

• Experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, or maritime industry
• Familiarity with production planning systems or ERP software
