Technical Business Analyst (Solutions Designer) - Manila

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with deep technical expertise in designing, documenting, and presenting technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in API integration, cloud environment, event-driven design, and component diagramming, as well as the ability to present solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and propose scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Analyze and document technical components such as servers, APIs, applications, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for proposed solutions.
• Create component diagrams to illustrate system architecture and integration points.
• Present solution/technical architectures to stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Apply knowledge of event-driven architecture and modern architecture patterns to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage cloud technologies and structures to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Solutions/Technical Architect or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, applications development, and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in API integration and related best practices.
• Ability to create and interpret component diagrams and system architecture documentation.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and modern software design patterns.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba or Google Cloud.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.

Work set-up:

• Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid - 2x a week onsite)
• Schedule: Regular day shift (Monday to Friday)
