Job Description:

• Work independently to deliver an agreed portfolio of projects in various locations within the country or as assigned
• Ensure professional project execution at factories and sites (Inhouse and 3P) with strong stakeholder engagement
• Check feasibility of capex projects working with stakeholders and business partners to clarify the brief, understand work scope, rough costs and viable timelines
• Work with stakeholders and business partners to develop Concept, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Designs to meet the business need inputting local requirements and constraints
• Develop Project Execution Plan and schedule as input to the FEED report
• Execute the project ensuring adherence to schedule and budget
• Manage site construction and contractors ensuring Unilever Construction Standards are applied

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications for the Position:

• At least 5-6 years experience of Project Engineering in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or related Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Project Management experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects to a high engineering standard
• Good Plant Design and Project Engineering experience in FMCG co and relevant Engineering consultancy firms
• Working knowledge on International Engineering Standards
