Join XENPAY, an expanding mobile application for bills payments and national distributor of DITO SIM and DITO Load services. We are looking for an aggressive, motivated, and field-oriented professional who can help us expand our dealer network nationwide.
As a Dealer Acquisition Representative, your primary role is to identify, acquire, and develop dealer partners who will help expand the reach of the XENPAY platform in provincial areas (Outside NCR). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, business development, and building strong business partnerships.
What you’ll do:.- Travel to different provincial areas to identify and acquire new dealer partners
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and business meetings with potential dealers and business owners
- Introduce and explain the XENPAY platform, DITO Load services, and DITO SIM products
- Negotiate and close dealer partnership agreements
- Help dealers understand how they can grow their business and earn through the XENPAY platform
- Assist newly acquired dealers with onboarding and activation
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
- Provide regular field activity and acquisition reports
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in field sales, dealer acquisition, business development, or account management is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with extensive provincial travel and fieldwork
- Goal-oriented with strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience handling dealer or distributor networks is a plus
- Experience in telecom, distribution, FMCG, or digital payment services is an advantage
- College graduate preferred, but candidates with strong field sales experience are welcome to apply
- Base salary: ₱35,000 – ₱50,000
- Performance-based incentives and commissions
- Travel allowance up to ₱50,000
