Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Officer to support the daily administration of our company’s payroll and benefits programs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, maintain accurate records within our HR systems, and assist with data preparation for market salary surveys.

Job Description

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION

Administer timekeeping for the food group
Encode payroll in HRIS
Ensure timely submission of payroll files to HR Head every 14th and 29th of the Month
Ensure accurate and timely releasing of payroll every 15th and 30th/31st of the Monthly
Ensure timely submission of payroll files to HR Head every 14th and 29th of the Month
Ensure timely submission of service charge file every 29th of the month
Ensure accurate and timely processing of Service Charge every 30th/31st
Ensure accurate and timely processing of Final Pay

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

Process SSS, PHIC and PAG-IBIG remittance monthly
Ensure timely submission of Statutory Reports to HR Head
Encode leave accruals every after payroll in Leave Monitoring
Encode 13th Month accruals every after payroll in Leave Monitoring
Collate HMO Enrollment documents every April for endorsement to HR Head
Process Cash Advance Request for endorsement to HR Head
Certify loan approvals in SSS and HDMF Portal
Collate SSS Maternity and SSS Sickness Documents
Submit SSS Notification for Maternity and Sickness
Encode tardiness every after payroll
