TELLER | CEBU (ROVING ACROSS ASSIGNED BRANCHES)

The Teller is responsible for providing frontline services, including cash handling, transaction processing, and customer assistance across multiple branch locations. This role requires flexibility, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and fund transfers
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and balancing at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally
• Support multiple branches as assigned (roving function)
• Verify and process financial documents in compliance with company policies
• Detect and report discrepancies or suspicious transactions
• Maintain proper documentation and transaction records
• Assist in branch operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Teller, Cashier, or in a similar role
• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy and customer-service oriented
• Willing to travel/rotate across branches within Cebu
