POSITION: UTILITY STAFF (FULL TIME)
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall support in the daily operations of Bonavita Philippines. This role ensures that all areas are well-maintained and aligned with the company’s standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.The Utility Staff also assists different teams as needed to help deliver a smooth and high-quality workplace environment.

- With at least 2–3 years of experience as a Utility Staff
- Willing to work 6 days a week in Maybunga, Pasig City (Mon-Sat, FULL TIME, 8 hours a day)
- Can start in the last week of April 2026.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
- Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision and follow instructions effectively
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Time management and efficiency in completing tasks
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different duties
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
- Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude
- Good communication and listening skills
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas, including office spaces, pantry, storage, and restrooms
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist in daily setup and closing of the workplace
- Support BV employees with operational tasks when needed and requested
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Maintain accurate records and inventory of cleaning materials used and to be used
- Maintain orderliness of equipment, tools, and workspaces
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards
- Perform various tasks and duties/errands as assigned by the reporting supervisor, depending on operational needs
