Internal Auditor Associate
We are a real estate development company engaged in developing office and commercial spaces. We have multiple projects located within and outside Metro Manila. The successful applicant will be based at our Head Office in Quezon City.
Responsibilities- Review and audit payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents.
- Check and tally vouchers, reports, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or unusual transactions.
- Verify purchases, inventory records, construction materials, office supplies, and other company assets.
- Conduct spot checks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and supporting documentation.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and work processes.
- Perform other audit-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Knowledge of construction materials, purchasing, and procurement processes is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work at our Head Office in Quezon City.
