Quality Management Supervisor - Muntinlupa

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ISO 9001:2015 standards, risk-based thinking, internal auditing, and document control processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess QMS compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion risk-based thinking to enhance process efficiency and product/service quality.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee document control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of QMS documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields preferred).
• Proven experience as a Quality Management Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards; Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of risk-based thinking principles.
• Proficiency in document control systems and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
