About the role
Join our growing team as an Area Sales Coordinator! In this full-time role, you will play an important part in supporting the sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between managers, beauty advisors, and clients. Based in Ortigas, Pasig City, you will be responsible for handling sales coordination tasks, monitoring reports, and assisting in achieving overall business targets while contributing to an excellent customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Support Managers and Beauty Advisors in achieving sales targets and operational goals
- Coordinate sales orders, quotations, inventory concerns, and customer follow-ups
- Prepare and monitor sales performance reports, inventory updates, and market trend analysis
- Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of sales activities
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely processing of requests and concerns
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to improve overall efficiency and workflow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
