Arie Cebu Cosmetic Corporation is a Japanese PEZA registered company engaged in assembly and manufacturing type of business that focuses on cosmetic products located in 5 th Street, Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-lapu City is in need of:

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering course; must be a licensed Engineer
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities supervision or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Background in occupational health and safety compliance
• Experience in managing contractors and facilities services

Salary Range - Depends on experience

Time of Work - 7:00 AM to 5:10 PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facilities operations, including maintenance activities and scheduling
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce workplace safety standards
• Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., OBO, DOLE, PEZA) and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
• Provide feedback to management on operational risks and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment
• Monitor progress and resolve issues arising during facilities and maintenance activities
• Develop and implement project strategies, including timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Recommend improvements and respond promptly to facility-related concerns and emergencies
