JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
  • Must be customer service oriented, highly attentive to details, trustworthy and organized
  • Must have good leadership qualities
  • Must be attentive to details and highly analytical
  • Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, Outlook)
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of accurate daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and monitoring of reservations, partial and full down payment of lots, facilitate sales and reservations, process sales documents and commissions
  • Controls and monitors lot inventory (sold and available lots).
  • Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Encodes Buyers Application Forms
  • Monitors and validates sales transactions
  • Process Purchase Agreements, monitors the distribution, delivery and coordinates with the assigned collector/ courier services.
  • Monitors the movements of Reservation.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports on sales production
  • Prepare monthly outstanding Reservations and forfeiture of overdue reservations.
  • Prepares commission voucher upon full DP
  • Process commissions of Sellers
  • Monitors and prepares production and dealer’s incentives.
  • Process new sales documentations
  • Process changing of lot locations, upgrading, transfer of rights and other documents needed in acquiring a lot.
  • Updating of key map and inventory
  • Assist clients in locating lots at the Key Area Map 7.10 Maintains and updates sales database
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
