• Supervise, train and mentor team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure that production meets established quality standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor production lines for efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, downtime and quality metrics to senior management.

• Bachelor's graduate or equivalent experience in engineering or manufacturing
• Previous experience in printing, lamination and finishing operations, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.
• Knowledge of lamination processes, equipment, and materials, including various types of adhesives and substrate
