General Accounting Supervisor

Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and processing invoices
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
• Managing a company’s accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Sending bills and invoices to clients
• Tracking organization expenses
• Processing refunds
• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology
• Must have experience in general accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/produce

• Demonstrate good work paper and analytical techniques
• Able to communicate financial information
• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, systems and procedures
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Multi-task with parallel deadlines
• Examine and verify financial documents department
