Muntinlupa - Operations Manager
About the role
As an Operations Manager at PTC Commercial Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics facility located in Tondo, Manila. This is a full-time, on-site role that will be instrumental in driving the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing operational strategies to meet production targets and optimise efficiency
- Managing and leading a team of supervisors, coordinators and operational staff to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity
- Identifying and resolving operational issues and bottlenecks to maintain uninterrupted production
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics, quality assurance and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting recommendations to senior management
- 5+ years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of operational management software
- Thorough understanding of quality control processes, supply chain management and productivity optimisation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
