Job Summary – Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will:

1. Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
2. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
3. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual display standards.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
6. Support daily store operations and team objectives.
7. Ensure achieving sales targets and overall performance.

1. High school diploma or equivalent (college level a plus).
2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible schedule – willing to work weekends, holidays, or shifts.
