Office Administrator (Finance & Operations) – SLN Condotels
  • Location: Cebu City (On-site)
  • Job Type: Full-Time (8 Hours/day, 6 days/week)
  • About Us:
SLN Condotels is a fast-growing short-term rental (Airbnb) business specializing in premium properties. We’re looking for an organized, numbers-savvy Office Administrator to join our on-site team and ensure smooth backend operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Basic Finance & Accounting:
  • Track & categorize daily expenses (cleaning, maintenance, supplies).
  • Manage invoices, receipts, and vendor payments (QuickBooks/Excel).
  • Reconcile bank statements, Airbnb payouts, and payment platforms.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports and tax documentation.
  • Office & Operations:
  • Maintain physical/digital records (leases, contracts, compliance docs).
  • Order and manage office/property supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist with HR tasks (timesheets, onboarding new staff).

✅ Requirements:

  • 2+ years of office admin experience with accounting tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and QuickBooks (or similar).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
