- Key Responsibilities:
- Basic Finance & Accounting:
- Track & categorize daily expenses (cleaning, maintenance, supplies).
- Manage invoices, receipts, and vendor payments (QuickBooks/Excel).
- Reconcile bank statements, Airbnb payouts, and payment platforms.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and tax documentation.
- Office & Operations:
- Maintain physical/digital records (leases, contracts, compliance docs).
- Order and manage office/property supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
- Assist with HR tasks (timesheets, onboarding new staff).
✅ Requirements:
- 2+ years of office admin experience with accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and QuickBooks (or similar).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
