Abundant Water is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the implementation of water and sanitation initiatives in the Philippines and Laos. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing development programs in multicultural environments and a strong understanding of community-based approaches in Southeast Asia.
Qualifications/Requirements- Master’s degree in International Relations, Development Studies or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in an international non-governmental organization (INGO)
- Work experience in both the Philippines and Laos preferred
- Conversational proficiency in Lao/Thai language (able to communicate with local staff and community members)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel to remote areas in the Philippines and Laos
