Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Facilitate communication between business users, development teams, QA teams, and project managers.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Support solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare business documentation, user manuals, training materials, and presentations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support project implementation, deployment activities, and post-production reviews.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in documentation and modeling tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Experience using project and requirement management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
