Sales Representative-HVAC System

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to lead the growth of our HVAC operations in the Cebu, Philippines. The role involves creating sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and meeting business revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grow and strengthen the HVAC business across the Philippine market.
2. Prepare comprehensive sales plans detailing strategies, action steps, support requirements, and timelines to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
3. Review and assess current service accounts to identify customer retention opportunities and potential business expansion, then execute appropriate growth strategies.
4. Deliver professional HVAC product and solution presentations to prospective and existing clients.
5. Participate in technical discussions and client meetings to address project needs and technical concerns.
6. Conduct project site inspections and visits to ensure customer requirements and expectations are properly met.
7. Develop and recommend HVAC solutions based on client specifications and project requirements.
8. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up activities with customers and business partners.
9. Enforce and adhere to established HVAC sales guidelines, policies, and procedures.
10. Assist in planning and implementing corporate marketing initiatives to improve market presence and sales performance.
11. Oversee and track monthly sales performance to ensure targets and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the HVAC sector.
3. Extensive understanding of HVAC products, systems, and applications.
4. Knowledge of the Philippine market and industry landscape is an advantage.
5. Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
6. Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations to various audiences.
7. Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in mentoring, guiding, and motivating teams.
