CAD Drawing Controller

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Architecture, Engineering, Design courses or any related field
• At least two (2) years of experience in drawing plotting, document control, or related fit-out/interior design work
• CAD Software Proficiency: Skilled in CAD plotting of as-built drawings and preparation of shop drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design and drafting principles and attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration
• Preferably with experience in as-built and shop drawing preparation
• Must be willing to be assigned in any of our project sites within and outside Metro Manila

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares and compiles for Construction Drawings, Drawing Lists, and CAD files for designated projects
• Reviews documents per project and coordinate with the Drawing Controller Supervisor for clarifications
• Maintains and updates As-built drawings and ensure proper version control via SharePoint
• Ensures all shop drawings are accurate, updated, and aligned with actual site conditions and project standards

• Conducts site inspections to verify drawing accuracy and address on-site drawing concerns
• Provides As-built copies and measurements to Fit-Out Engineers for inspection and acceptance
• Coordinates revisions with Interior Designers and the Quality Management Department as needed

• Prepares and delivers regular reports on drawing status, progress, and concerns to the Supervisor
• Coordinates with Fit-Out Engineers, Cost Controllers, and other departments for alignment and support
• Coordinates with printing services and suppliers for drawing reproduction and research needs

• Participates in value-adding initiatives by submitting service or product improvement ideas
• Supports mock-ups, trials, and approved implementations, documenting factual findings and results
