About the role
AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Management Faculty to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lectures, facilitating interactive discussions, and guiding students in the field of real estate management.Your expertise and passion for the industry will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of real estate professionals.
What you'll be doing- Develop and deliver comprehensive course content on real estate management principles, practices, and regulations
- Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and case studies to enhance student understanding and application of real estate management concepts
- Provide individualized support and mentorship to students, helping them to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the real estate industry
- Collaborate with the department to continuously improve the real estate management curriculum and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and other administrative duties as required
- Strong academic background in real estate management, Master's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must have PRC License Real Estate Broker or/and Real Estate Appraiser
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students
- Thorough understanding of real estate regulations, policies, and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
