Quezon City - TIM (Telecom Infrastructure Management) MX Claims Administrator

Job Summary:

The TIM – MX Claims Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, verification, and validation of claims submitted under the TIM (Telecom Infrastructure Management) program. The role ensures that all claims are thoroughly checked for completeness, compliance, and accuracy prior to final processing and approval, supporting the integrity and efficiency of the claims lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process claims in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Validate submitted documentation and verify data accuracy for each claim.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external partners to clarify inconsistencies or gather missing information.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards in claims handling.
• Encode claims information into internal systems and track claim status throughout the process.
• Identify and escalate suspicious, duplicate, or fraudulent claims for further investigation.
• Generate periodic reports on processed claims, rejections, and pending cases.
• Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping of all claims documents for audit and reference.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to claims processing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in claims administration, data validation, or back-office processing.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and familiarity with claims management systems is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims within deadlines.
