Are you the rockstar Senior Accountant we're looking for?

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

• At least 4 years of solid Australian experience as a Senior Accountant under your belt, ideally within an Accounting firm. You speak the language of Aussie tax like a native!
• Xero is your jam! You know your way around Xero like nobody's business, especially XPM as 95% of our bookkeeping clients are on Xero.
• You're either a CPA (Philippines) or hold a CA qualification (actively working towards or near completion – we support ambition!).
• Australian taxation, compliance, and the intricacies of SME accounting are practically your middle names.
• Trust Tax Returns are non-negotiable in your skillset – you handle these with confidence and precision.
• Individual Tax Returns? You've got them down pat!
• You communicate like a superstar, both in writing and verbally – explaining complex financial stuff in a way that makes sense.
• Your analytical skills are sharper than a freshly sharpened pencil, and reconciliations? Child's play!
• You enjoy client interaction and know how to build lasting, positive relationships.
• You're set up for success with a reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps) and a dedicated, private workspace for those focused work-from-home vibes.

Bonus Points if you:

• Have experience with MYOB and QBO (we love a well-rounded player!).
• Live and breathe Australian Tax Law & GST.
• Are familiar with Company and SMSF tax returns.
• Know your way around BGL360 – you're practically a superhero if you do, as our clients often complete their SMSF tax work here!

• Dive deep into end-to-end tax and accounting functions, from whipping up financial statements to expertly preparing TRUST & INDIVIDUAL tax returns.
• Be the guardian of full compliance with Australian tax law, ensuring everything is above board and squeaky clean.
• Mastermind the year-end tax return workflows and lodgement deadlines, from gathering client documents to internal reviews, signatures, and seamless filing.
• Become a trusted advisor, building and nurturing strong client relationships through proactive communication and insightful guidance.
