Qualifications:
- Must have 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Strong technical knowledge of polymers
- Proficient in mold changing and machine setup (40–250 tons)
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards
- Knowledge in machine troubleshooting; familiarity with robots and automation is an advantage
