Detailed Responsibilities and Authorities:

  1. Plan and implement diverse recruitment strategies for all positions.
  2. Process approved Manpower Requisitions for all departments.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment and interviewing plans for each open position.
  4. Conduct regular follow-ups to review results and make necessary adjustments.
  5. Source both active and passive candidates using various advertising channels, local Philippine Employment Services Office (PESO) through career fairs, and partner manpower agencies.
  6. Liaise with manpower agencies as needed.
  7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates for all open positions.
  8. Develop social media and professional networking profiles.
  9. Suggest improvements for the organization's career page on the website.
  10. Research alternative internet-based recruiting avenues.
  11. Build a diverse and qualified team to support the organization's objectives.
  12. Conduct preliminary interviews using standardized screening techniques.
  13. Assess skills, qualifications, work experience, and candidate interest, personality, and salary requirements.
  14. Conduct pre-employment background checks to ensure candidates meet organizational standards.
  15. Coordinate with colleges/schools for OJT placements.
  16. Ensure timely submission of all pre-employment/OJT requirements.
  17. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation regarding company policies, safety policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  18. Maintain soft copy of records and files documenting recruitment processes and outcomes.
  19. Prepare reports on recruitment statistics and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database/manning report.
  20. Create Company IDs and request email accounts for newly hired employees.
  21. Provide feedback on the full talent acquisition process.
  22. Coordinate with Department Managers for performance evaluations during the probationary period (3rd and 5th month of employment).
  23. Prepare and monitor the issuance of Certificate of Employment for probationary/project-based and newly regularized employees.
  24. Act as a resource speaker for talent acquisition-related orientations/seminars.
  25. Provide assistance for employees' inquiries and concerns.
  26. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the talent acquisition function.
  27. Participate in ISO audits related to HR practices and standards.
  28. Participate in new programs and special projects as needed, such as acquisitions and program implementations.
  29. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field
  • With at least one year of work experience in Human Resources Department
  • Basic understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and Regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Maintains cooperative and courteous working relationships.
