What You’ll Do:
- Be the Voice of Support: Handle inbound and outbound communications, assisting customers with setting up applications, networks, and various technologies. Make a real impact in customers’ daily lives.
- Offer Solutions and Drive Sales: Identify and recommend products or services to match customers' needs, suggesting upgrades or additional services to enhance their experience.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have at least 6 months in a call center sales program.
- Must have at least 1 year in a call center customer service role.
- Must have at least 1 year in technical support
- Must have experience with voice support programs/account
- Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for customer service and technology.
- Ability to quickly learn new tech and tools.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of major operating systems and consumer technologies.
- Proven ability to handle customer queries efficiently and adapt to changes.
