Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will engage in the configuration, integration, and management of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the life cycle of these elements, managing data records in back office systems, and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments to ensure seamless network operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations and processes.
