The Role
As an independent contractor, you’ll work directly with our overseas clients to support their operations and achieve their goals. You’ll handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of your work. This is a long-term opportunity with room for personal and professional growth as you help clients thrive globally.
Tasks Could Include:
- Providing exceptional customer support for clients.
- Building and maintaining contact databases.
- Managing emails and communications efficiently.
- Conducting research and generating leads for clients.
- Managing social media tasks, including content creation and audience engagement.
- Coordinating calendars and booking appointments.
- Assisting with diary management, administrative tasks, data entry, and bookkeeping.
- Handling various research or project-based tasks as needed.
- Occasionally assisting with personal errands for clients when requested.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Interest in social media is a plus, but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to change.
- Stable 10mbps internet connection with backup.
- Working computer/laptop (Minimum: Intel i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM).
- Minimal to no power outages in your area.
